| Deposit: | An advanced deposit of 25% of total reservation cost (minimum of $500.00) is required for a reservation confirmation. A 60-day cancellation, during any Holiday, and a 30-day cancellation all other times, is required for a deposit refund. This deposit will also be used as a guarantee against late arrivals or early departures. |

| Transportation: | Please let us know your flight plans at least 48 hours prior if you wish to be met on arrival by our Courtesy van at the Tucson Airport. Transportation is free for guests staying a minimum of 4 nights. Guests staying less than 4 nights will be charged $35 each way per room. |
